CONSULTATION:
There is an initial 20 minute consultation provided free of charge. This is an opportunity for all parties to get to know
one another and to ask questions. Once we have established a rapport, The Design Brief makes the process very
easy to follow and transparent. It will help us determine your expectations, needs, schedules, budget and any
constraints or possible obstacles. It will also be the foundation used in our Branding initiatives.
PROFESSIONAL FEES: Unfortunately it has become necessary to protect our proprietary rights from fishing expeditions. After the complimentary 20 minutes, a consultation fee of $45/hr will be applied but waived if the process is carried through and a quote accepted. By respecting our time and our resources we can spend our time better serving you, our client.
DISCOVERY PROCESS: drills down into what function your business serves, the desired market, what you have done, what you want to achieve and where you want it to go. We discuss your competition and what they do and what you do differently or want to do differently. We then explore various options to achieve those results.
QUOTATIONS: All estimates will be discussed and prepared in writing prior to any work being started. Any contractual changes to the project may result in additional charges, however no changes will be made without written authorization from you and signed off by Results by Design.
Branding/Design charges: are $45 per hour. The more information you provide, and any photographs etc. the more efficiently that time is used. After the discovery process we will give you an estimate on the amount of hours required so you can make an informed decision. We do not use templates. We can create custom visuals, take photos, use client provided artwork or we have access to royalty free artwork as well. These images are available to use with contractual obligations (© jupiter images) or you can purchase the rights.
Print quotations: based on industry trends and working with trade printers, we can provide you with excellent pricing and volume discounts. Each job is unique and the stock we choose to use is just as important as the message you are delivering and will be quoted accordingly. We have prepared a preliminary outline of costs for your budgeting and will confirm in writing prior to moving forward on anything.
Web quotations: we have packages that we offer depending on your need. From simple 1-5 page sites to more complicated designs. Each client has unique needs so we have add-on options available as well. We save you money and time because we take the extra step to create mock-ups for you to review prior to any work being started. This allows us to find any flaws in the flow BEFORE getting started, avoiding any costly revisions. These mock-ups are reviewed and once approved by you, rendered for the web.
